THE WINEMAKING YEARS
Many moons ago, I made vino for a living. For 13 years I aspired to make the best Filthy Good Vino I possibly could (I mostly just drink it now). I worked with Guru’s, real ones, like Dr Bailley Carrodus at Yarra Yering, Tom Carson at Yering Station, Steve Webber at DeBortoli’s, Alex Moreau in Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy, France at Domain Bernard Moreau, Claude Thibault in Champagne at Devaux and even managed a stint in Moldova, perhaps more a life experience than wine one. I shared a table, a plate and some of the most amazing bottles of wine with these people of true passion. I love Filthy Good Vino, Great Food and sharing it with Awesome People.
