Bollinger Special Cuvée looking sharp! Let it warm & breath #FilthyGoodVino There’s a purity about the latest NV. Delicious fine line of acid countering #Bollinger’s full rich style. I love Blanc de Blanc, but, every time Bollinger passes my lips it draws me back to Pinot based fizz. Depth, funk, personality magnified by 10. Hope there is a smooth transition with the departure of Chef de Caves, Mathieu Kauffmann, heading back to Germany & the arrival of Gilles Descôtes as his replacement. He’s worked with Bollinger for the past decade, hope he steps up with ease.
